WORLD OF DESIGN - Think it! Draw it! Make it! Journey to the farthest reaches of the imagination while exploring graphic design, urban planning, and game creation! Children will design custom holiday greeting cards, create a city of the future, and invent their own board game while learning a variety of art techniques and design concepts. The IDEA Design Process is a key part of this program. Each day, children Identify a problem, Define their needs, Explore their ideas and materials, and finally Assess their designs. Through hands-on projects, they will develop creative thinking, planning, drawing, and design skills while discovering how artists and designers bring ideas to life.
